Unfortunatelly, Laura didn’t feel great this morning, because her ankle was sore. She took the decision to take the ferry to the next campsite to meet me later and have a rest day. We took our breakfast, then I headed not the track by myself around 8 am. The track followed the ridge line through the forest, sometime I could have a quick look at the landscape through the trees. this part of the track wasn’t exceptional, but the rare look outs gave me good scenery on the Keneperu and Queen Charlotte Sounds. i could star at bellbirds and listen at their beautiful and strange call. Around three thirty pm I arrived to Cowshed Bay Campsite where I met Laura, we had burgers front of the gorgeous Portage Bay. Tomorrow Laurais going to finish the Queen Charlotte Track with me, I hope she is not going to hurt her ankle again.
